Payment Policy

PRESTIGE TESTING SOLUTIONS is an independent “fee-for-service” platform. We do not bill your insurance for our service's. You will be charged a one time “fee for service” directly for each ordered visit. We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments ,HSA AND FSA payments currently.
Your insurance information must be included on your physician requisition for your specified laboratory to process your specimens. Be sure your requisition is properly completed before you upload documents. 

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other patients and technicians on time.

If a patient is 20 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.
