PTS is offering Mobile Services for the convenience of our clients. We will bring the lab to your living room. All services are mobile and all service prices includes our standard travel fee of $25.00. Any services rendered outside of our 20 mile radius from our home office, will be charged a fee of .65 per mile. *Any appointments needed during after hours, with be subject to an additional fee for service.*

On Site Phlebotomy Collection At Patients Requested Location With Delivery To Local Laboratory. All Collections REQUIRE Signed Order From Medical Physician,Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Out-of-service area Residents There Is An Additional $0.65 Per Mile From Our Home Office That Can Be Taken Care Of At The Time Of Collection. Anyone beyond our 20 mile radius is considered to be in the Out-of-service range.

Specialty Kit Collections provided to patient from their medical provider. Prestige Testing Solutions specialize in variety of specialized kits for accurate and efficient diagnosis. Kits will be processed and shipped.
